Other factors that affect website development
Every web site has unique and different requirements, and web design rates will vary according to every different website situation. Some clients require a simple and small website (1 - 3 static pages), where as other clients will require a more complex dynamic web interaction (database integration with login features, calendar of events, etc.) which increases the design and development costs.
Identity/Branding. Some clients approach us with no identity (logo, stationary) and request this service. We partner with a professional graphic designer for this, and recommend their services.
